#rockstar Here's a refreshing, if predictable dose of common sense from developers Rockstar, telling the BBC that anyone buying on of their games - like Grand Theft Auto, or Red Dead Redemption - is a "terrible parent". More »

I find this stupid for a multitude of reasons; for one, I played Rockstar games since I was ten, but my parents certainly weren't terrible. Even then, why is it terrible in the first place? Because, "ooh, we need to protect the innocence of the childrenz?" Bullshit. I'd be sure to expose my children to all sorts of "adult shit' if I ever have any children, so they wouldn't grow up to be wussies who are afraid of the "big bad world." You can't propagate "innocence," only "ignorance." And I refuse to propagate ignorance.

My mom was terrible for taking GTA 3 away from me when I was six
