We are not sure what is up with Game Gear Virtual Console support in the west, but the Nintendo eShop listing of Sonic Labyrinth has been suddenly updated. The date still sadly just says TBA, though there is currently a price listed of $4.99. Thanks to Connor for the heads-up!
