Wii U - Background downloads could affect performance
If you are downloading software from the Nintendo eShop, while you are playing a game, it could impact the performance of the gameplay. Games like ZombiU can become a bit jerky, which can of course bug some people. If you want to be guaranteed of a fine experience, it looks like you will have to pause your downloads. Has this issue popped up by anyone?
