A portion of a QJ interview with Matti Larssen, CEO and Creative Director at Zordix...

ML: We're also developing an Adventure/RPG for Nintendo DS, called Furiae, that will be released sometime next year. We won an award among 27 international game developers with our game prototype, so that's how we got started on the DS. Following that, DSiWare became a natural next step for us.

The reason we're now focusing on the Nintendo platforms is to be able to make the best games possible and master the technology. But we're happy to cooperate with other companies to get our games to other platforms as well. One such cooperation is with the company Dohi Sweden, that made an iPhone and then a Mac version of Lawn Mower Kids. They did a great job and got splendid reviews (4/5, 4/5, 8/10, 9/10, etc in the international press). We did the creative direction, design and all graphics for those versions while Dohi made all the programming.

Compared to those versions a lot more features have been added to the Nintendo DSiWare version, which we've taken our time to perfect.
